This July I sold Woodland Biscuit Company to The Food Nanny. Find their beautiful flour here www.thefoodnanny.com. Opening up their new space in the Woodland Cash Store is on the horizon.

I am in semi-retirement. Missing my staff, and missing serving you. I’ll never stop saying it. I had the time of my life, thank you for that.

Once in a while I teach private biscuit classes in case you are in need of a professional biscuit lesson.

I’ve been thinking about what my life will look like when I come out of semi-retirement next year, 2027. It’s not hard coming up with ideas. An idea I am dreaming about in the food and hospitality world is in need of investors and partners in case you are interested and are an investor and/or partner-type.
